Refund policy

We want you to love your Makeup Must Haves order. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping, gift wrap, or any other non-refundable extras).

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your order included any free gifts or promotional items, these must be returned along with your item. If they’re missing, we won’t be able to process your full refund and you may be charged for any items not returned.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on used or opened products.

To return your item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure your product is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Email us at hello@makeupmusthaves.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item back to.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
